Job Title: Network Installer - III

Location: New Berlin Wisconsin 53151

Duration: 12 months

Type: Contract

Schedule: Hybrid 2 days office 3 days Remote

Pay Rate: $51/hr. on W2

Description:

Depending on field requirements for outages and break-fix

Position will involve a significant amount of driving in the field

Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the installation, monitoring, testing of telecommunications and associated transport equipment per specifications and operational procedures

• Performs testing and diagnostic procedures on equipment according to published equipment standards to include Physical Layer and Logical Layer platforms

• Maps, grow, and/or tests transmission equipment FlashWave, Nortel Classic, Digital Cross Connect, etc.

• Map routers, bridges, multiplexers, concentrators, etc.

• Create or perform migrations to new and existing Carriers such as PVC/EVC;s on Various routers; utilizes remote test systems to isolate and resolve continuity problems

• Coordinates the test and turn up of service with all involved providers until the customer• s service is up and working
