We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in AWS infrastructure, cloud architecture, production systems, reliability, and security.

This role is ideal for someone who can understand an existing infrastructure, take ownership of it, troubleshoot complex production issues, and continuously improve its architecture as the company grows.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure experience
• Strong experience with AWS infrastructure and architecture
• Hands-on experience with EC2, Auto Scaling, ALB, WAF, VPC, Route 53, IAM, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch
• Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Apache and PHP production environments
• Experience with PostgreSQL/RDS and MongoDB Atlas
• Strong understanding of networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, WebSockets, load balancing, and security
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, backups, and disaster recovery
• Understanding of high availability, scalability, performance, and cloud cost optimization
• Experience with deployment strategies, CI/CD, rollback procedures, and production reliability
• Git/GitHub experience
• Ability to analyze existing infrastructure, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve production incidents
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working directly with developers when challenges involve both infrastructure and application code
• Ability to take ownership of infrastructure-related challenges from investigation through resolution

• Experience with network-connected hardware
• Experience with WebSockets/TLS integrations
• Experience with Zebra printers or similar hardware integrations
