Treasury Project Manager

- Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate capital allocation scenarios, debt refinancing opportunities, and liquidity forecasting
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on capital markets trends, interest rate environments, credit markets, and peer benchmarking
- Support the development of Treasury's long-range strategic plan, translating data into actionable insights and compelling narratives
- Prepare materials for external stakeholder meetings including credit rating agencies and investors
- Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and regional finance teams to synthesize cross-functional data into cohesive strategic frameworks
- Assist in evaluating and executing M&A-related treasury workstreams, with a focus on funding strategies, integration planning, and financial impact modeling
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best-in-class Treasury reporting and analytics infrastructure
- Track and analyze key Treasury performance metrics, creating dashboards and periodic reports for leadership visibility
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a directly related field
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or other technical/quantitative discipline
- 2–5 years of combined experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, or treasury
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (financial modeling, scenario analysis, data visualization)
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-ready presentations and written communications
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present complex financial concepts to senior stakeholders in a clear, data-driven manner
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or other technical/business discipline (required)
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Business (required)
