e:Being a member of IT Strategy & Business Management team, the Principal Systems Engineering family is responsible for the entire technical effort to evolve and verify solutions that satisfy client needs. The primary focus is centered on reducing risk and improving the efficiency, performance, stability, security, and quality of all systems and platforms. This role specializes in the analysis, evaluation, design, testing, implementation, support, and debugging of all middleware, mainframe, and distributed platforms, tools, and systems of the fir

m.The File Transfer Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of file transfer platforms that support secure, reliable, and high volume data movement between internal systems and external clients. The role is critical to ensuring platform resiliency, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across managed file transfer service

s.This position works closely with application teams, infrastructure partners, security, and external clients to enable secure integrations, support onboarding, and maintain production stability for mission-critical data exchange

  • onsImplement, operate, and support managed file transfer platforms, including IBM Connect:Direct (NDM), IBM DataPower (SFTP) and AWS Transfer Family (SFTP) for internal and external connectiv

  • tesTroubleshoot complex production issues involving connectivity, authentication, encryption, performance, and protocol behav
  • iorParticipate in on-call rotations and support incident response for Tier-0 / Tier-1 platfor
