SAP Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in similar role.
• At least 2 full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
• Understands SAP Activate Methodology.
• Understands project management from conception to delivery
• Ability to work with internal and external to coordinate project activities.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
• Hands-on experience with project management tools

• Coordinate project management activities, resources and information
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Follow up tasks with internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Analyze risks and opportunities
• Conduct meetings, prepare minutes of meetings and follow up actions with project teams
• Support project manager to monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
