About The Role
The Systems Administrator is responsible for protecting critical systems and assets, building and implementing technology solutions, supporting software and hardware deployments, providing technical training, and contributing to the organization's overall IT strategy. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage system operations, ensure infrastructure reliability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while supporting business requirements.
What You'll Do
- Assist in long-range planning and management of assigned technology projects.
- Provide technical expertise and recommend appropriate hardware and software solutions based on business needs.
- Evaluate, recommend, install, and implement third-party products and solutions.
- Provide technical support and issue resolution for systems and end-users.
- Analyze system requirements and recommend appropriate solutions and enhancements.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- Implement procedures and solutions to optimize systems and software performance.
- Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation and system records.
- Develop and conduct technical knowledge transfer and training programs for team members.
- Create and maintain technical diagnostic and troubleshooting manuals.
- Conduct research to support planning, upgrades, and replacement of systems and software.
- Ensure systems functionality, integrity, availability, and efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
