Position: Mobile Application Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in legacy mobile application ecosystems, particularly with Ember.js and Cordova, and possess hands-on experience supporting both iOS and Android applications in production environments.

This role requires a proactive problem solver who can troubleshoot complex issues, maintain and optimize existing applications, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using Cordova.
• Support and modernize existing applications built on legacy technology stacks.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and stability.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA engineers, and development teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Analyze and address technical challenges within existing codebases.
• Perform code reviews and implement best practices for maintainability and performance.
• Ensure application compatibility across multiple devices and operating systems.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• JavaScript
• Apache Cordova
• Sass
• Node.js
• jQuery
• Proven experience developing and supporting mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and application maintenance capabilities.
• Experience working with legacy applications and resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
