Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to lead end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring successful execution in line with business objectives, technical requirements, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management and technical delivery experience, with exposure to government organizations and preferably the Real Estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution delivery from planning through testing, release, and implementation.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned with business objectives, technical requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, development, QA, DevOps, and support teams.
• Coordinate delivery planning, execution, testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Apply strong technical knowledge to guide solution discussions and support effective decision-making.
• Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, issues, and blockers.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Monitor delivery progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery activities follow appropriate Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a Delivery Lead, Technical Delivery Lead, Project Delivery, or similar role.
• Experience working with government organizations.
• Strong understanding and practical experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage effectively with development, QA, DevOps, and support teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, delivery risks, dependencies, and competing timelines.
