Pre-Dispatch Inspector - Supervisor

Salary: £15 / Hr + Overtime

Join our leading industrial manufacturing team as a Pre-Dispatch Inspector and play a critical role in ensuring our machines meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance before reaching customers. In this hands-on position, you will conduct detailed inspections, verify compliance with technical specifications, and help deliver reliable, world-class equipment that exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive tests on completed machines to verify performance, safety, and compliance with specifications
• Compile PDI reports, checklists, and related documentation to ensure quality compliance
• Lead quality meetings and conduct inspections of fitted components, parts and assemblies to detect and prevent defects
• Manage the allocation of serial plates, ensuring correct identification and traceability
• Verify product quality, specifications, labeling, and packaging
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve quality issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function

• 1+ years experience in a similar role
• Experience interpreting detailed procedural manuals, technical drawings, CAD models, and blueprints - advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in basic computer applications and record keeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
