- Maintain and update bank specifications, maintain users and user access, products updates, and any other changes as needed.
- Be the bank’s subject matter expert for all departments regarding the core system.
- Manages vendor relationship with the core processor.
- Assists with feasibility studies within the core system and delivers implementation of new products that need to be built.
- Performs modifications to existing products within the core system.
- Acts a resource for internal questions regarding the core system.
- Performs analysis and reporting as requested.
- Ensures items such as debit or credit cards are available when needed.
- Works on new product launches by coordinating efforts with other stakeholders.
- Performs routine core systems administration by updating users and user access, product updates and any other changes as needed.
- Updates procedures for core systems administration as needed.
- Supports existing and new products including DDA, SAV, TDA, Loans and interfaces to external systems that these products utilize.
- Supports core-related projects.

Qualifications Summary
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, computer science, business, or marketing or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years’ experience with bank core processing systems. Experience with either Jack Henry Silverlake or CSI NuPoint a plus.
- 1-5 Years of project management experience.
- Knowledge of bank core processors.
- Superior writing skills required.
- Proven product development expertise.
- Ability to conduct research and feasibility studies for new products.
- Strong oral and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage project plans within budget and specified time frames.
