YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated Consultants with experience as Quality & Test Lead to join our teams in Lisbon.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Automation Engineers.
• Define and implement the automation strategy and roadmap.
• Design, enhance, and optimize scalable automation frameworks.
• Drive test automation across Web applications, APIs, Backend systems, SAP, and Mobile platforms.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and promote Continuous Testing and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of quality and delivery.

YOUR PROFILE

• More than 8 years of experience in Test Automation.
• Previous experience in technical leadership, team coordination, or mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of: Front-End (UI) Test Automation, REST API Test Automation, Backend Test Automation, SAP Test Automation and Mobile Test Automation
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Git, and Jira/TFS.
• Agile mindset with a strong focus on Quality and Continuous Improvement.
