We are looking for an Amazing: Application Support

Seniority: Mid-level (4+ years)

Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• Proven experience in Application Support or a similar role;
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems;
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Basic understanding of networking, APIs, and middleware;
• Good scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python);
• Experience working with ITSM tools;
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps environments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills in English.

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana, or similar;
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes);
• Experience supporting critical production environments;
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices;
• Certifications in Cloud, Linux, or IT Service Management.
