Application Support Engineer

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience on Linux IT Projects;
• Good knowledge of Linux environments;
• Extensive knowledge of Infrastrucure As Code: GitOps, Containers, Kubernetes, ArgoCD and OpenShift, with Ansible or Terraform as a plus;
• Good knowledge of network architecture and security: SSL certificates, reverse proxy and load balancing;
• General knowledge of automation tools (Git, Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, Bitbucket, Artifactory);
• Experience with scripting languages, Python is a plus;
• General knowledge in web servers (Apache, JBoss and Tomcat);
• General knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK) is considered a plus;
• General knowledge in scheduler tools (Control-M) is considered a plus;
• B1- English language;
• French language is a plus.
