This is a 12-month contract. The pay range for this role is between $45.00 - $50.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
Description
- Lead training sessions with both new hires and experienced members within the BPE organization
- Create new training plans as new technologies are implemented
- Offline and/or online robot programming
- Confirm that new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended
- Prepare and confirm new Body equipment at the vendors
- Support Machine Seibi activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from installation to start of production
- Develop equipment countermeasures during set up/trials
- Engage in travel (or dispatch) to U.S., Canada and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, and Mexico.
- Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
- Current or recent Seibi or automotive maintenance experience 10 years+
- Toyopuc PLC troubleshooting and logic updates experience – 10 years +
- Omron PLC troubleshooting and logic updates experience – 3 years+
- Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Powerpoint, Word & Outlook – Proficient
- Training experience in Seibi technical group or maintenance – 10 yrs+
- Ability to train others in classroom environment and OJT
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% (including international travel – Japan, Canada, Mexico, TX).
- Willing and able to work up to 50% OT and weekends as needed – (As per the need – 25% - 50%)
- People Management - Need to work well with people
- Writing training curriculum.
- Need to go on floor as well.
- Hands on role along with the training – 50/50
