Program Overview:
During our four-month comprehensive training program, you will gain the tools and knowledge needed to contribute immediately to customer projects. The training program will be at the Siemens office in Mason, OH from January 4 – March 19, 2027. You will be required to attend in person a significant portion of the training program. Upon completion, you will work closely with customers to provide software solutions that help them realize their Comprehensive Digital Twin, blurring the boundaries between industry domains by integrating the virtual and physical, hardware and software, and design and manufacturing worlds.

What you’ll do:
- Join the Customer Outcome team as a member of the Digital Accelerator Program cohort
- Complete a comprehensive four-month training program developed to build expertise in Siemens products, methodologies, and solutions
- Contribute to customer projects across multiple practice groups including Requirements, PLM, Design and Simulation, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, System Architecture, and Migrations/Integrations
- Work directly with customers to architect and deploy comprehensive software solutions supporting their Comprehensive Digital Twin vision
- Guide customers through sophisticated digital transformation initiatives across Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Products, Electronics, Medical Device, and Semiconductor industries
- Support cloud and on-premise deployment automation, including CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Enable customers to integrate virtual and physical, hardware and software, and design and manufacturing capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, computer science, or related technical field
- 1–5 years of proven success in an Engineering or Technical role
- Knowledge of engineering processes for product development and manufacturing
- Ability to present technology solutions in front of groups
- Experience with CAD, PLM, MES, or Simulation software preferred
- Ability to attend on-site training in Mason, OH

Our Benefits & Rewards
The total cash compensation range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000 with 10% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement). The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
