Job Summary
We are looking for a FP&A Manager to join our team. In this role, your main responsibility will be to drive the advancement of financial planning processes, deliver in-depth analysis of recurring revenue metrics, and enable the executive team to make informed, data-backed investment decisions.
Working hours: Overlap with the UK, US Eastern (ET), and Pacific (PST) time zones

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Oversee the annual budgeting cycle and produce rolling quarterly forecasts aligned with long-term objectives.
- SaaS Metrics Expertise: Evaluate and report on core KPIs such as ARR, net retention, churn, and LTV/CAC.
- Operating Expense Oversight: Perform detailed monthly analyses of departmental spending against budget, highlighting variances and collaborating with budget owners to maintain cost control.
- Business Partnership: Serve as a financial partner to department leaders, supporting opex management and effective headcount planning.
- M&A Support: Partner with the CFO on assessing acquisition opportunities through financial modeling and due diligence.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop and maintain robust financial models to enhance monthly reporting and Board-level presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Expert-level Excel skills.
- Strong preference for experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) and Power BI.
- Excellent command of English.
