Electronic Mechanical Specialist is responsible for the set-up, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of custom lab test environments for the proprietary CTDI testing equipment at our operations facilities.
1st Shift
Pay: $22.61/hr
Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot electronic equipment and PC’s.
- Set-up, configure, test, and trouble shoot custom lab test environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software connectivity issues.
- Qualify and run tests on various communications equipment.
- Ability to travel as required to assist other branches to set up equipment (20%).
- IPC 610 certification or A+ Certification is preferred
- Ability to understand a DOS and LINUX Shell Scripts
- 2 years of experience in electronics or computer engineering field
- Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics and diagrams
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to operate a PC running Microsoft and Linux OSs, as well as execute CLI commands
- Basic understanding of Virtual Machines
- Good manual dexterity
- Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent field
