Role Overview
The Intelex Support & Development Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, enhancement, development, release management, and continuous improvement of the organization's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) applications, with a primary focus on the Intelex platform. This role serves as the technical owner of the platform and is accountable for system reliability, deployment quality, production stability, and adherence to established release management processes. The position requires technical expertise, analytical skills, and accountability for the successful delivery of system enhancements and production releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop Intelex forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, business rules, notifications, and integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs, developing scalable and supportable solutions.
- Own the end-to-end release management process for Intelex enhancements, fixes, and platform upgrades.
- Coordinate development, testing, validation, deployment, communication, and post-release support activities.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Intelex and related EHS applications, investigating and resolving production incidents.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Intelex, mentoring and coaching business administrators.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Support IT governance, audit, change management, and compliance requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in technical application support or system administration with Intelex.
- Experience with SaaS application administration, troubleshooting, software releases, and production deployments.
- Experience coordinating testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production release activities.
- Experience with access management, incident management systems, and knowledge management systems.
- Knowledge of authentication systems and directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra).
- Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies; SAFe Agile is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams, Jira, Service Management Tools, and Intelex.
- Understanding of SSO support for SaaS solutions and Mobile deployments.
- Ability to read and interpret application logs and system error messages.
- Technical Certification(s) within a Software Development discipline or Software Application.
- Experience managing systems within the mining industry.
- Experience with EHS systems.
- Ability to speak Portuguese is a strong plus.
