With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SANY Group reporting requirements.
- Review month-end close activities performed by shared service teams and ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Analyze financial results, identify key business drivers, and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
- Coordinate banking/insurance relationships and financing activities.
- Monitor customer collections and vendor payment strategies.
- Manage UCC filing and customer credit assessment
- Coordinate with external tax advisors on sales tax, income tax, property tax and other tax compliance.
- Assist with tax planning initiatives and audit support.
- Ensure compliance with Tariff and import financial requirements.
- Document financial internal policies and procedures
- Support internal/external audits and compliance reviews.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen financial governance.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, Procurement, and HR to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with SANY Group's global shared service finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, insurance providers, and other professional service firms.
- Foster effective communication across international teams and multiple time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Bilingual English and Chinese is a must.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
- Experience with SAP or other enterprise ERP systems (SAP ECC or S/4 Hana).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
