The Sales Support Manager will join the EMEA/APAC Sales Life Cycle Support team at Nutanix, a diverse and dynamic group dedicated to driving sales excellence and operational efficiency across the regions. Based in Belgrade, this team embodies a culture of collaboration, innovation, and empowerment, with a strong commitment to transparency and support. The mission of the team is to accelerate deal velocity, enhance the sales experience, and facilitate seamless cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment with global sales objectives.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Worldwide Shared Services and Sales, who fosters a leadership style that emphasizes collaboration and open communication. The manager encourages autonomy while providing guidance and resources needed for success. This role will be hybrid, requiring the new hire to come into the office a few days a week, specifically three days, allowing for flexibility and facilitating team collaboration.
This position does not involve any travel requirements, ensuring that candidates can focus on driving initiatives and supporting the EMEA/APAC sales teams from a consistent office or remote setup.
Your Role
- Lead and manage the EMEA/APAC Sales Life Cycle Support Manager team, ensuring alignment with global sales objectives.
- Drive strategic initiatives focused on AI integration, process simplification, and operational scalability.
- Streamline quoting and approval processes to accelerate deal velocity and improve sales enablement workflows.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams such as Deal Desk, Order Management, and IT to enhance sales operations.
- Own and execute global initiatives in pricing, quoting, and sales operations transformation.
- Deliver measurable improvements in SLA performance and operational KPIs, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee high-impact projects aimed at enhancing the sales experience and driving business growth.
- Establish key performance indicators for the team, aiming for continuous improvement throughout the first year.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or IT-related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales operations or program management roles.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and achieve strategic outcomes.
- Expertise in Salesforce and CPQ tools, with a strong command of quoting and deal approval processes.
- Advanced analytical skills using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, and process optimization.
- Exceptional change leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
