About The Position

We are looking for a proactive, autonomous Communication & Dissemination Assistant . In this role, you will work closely with scientists and engineers to translate complex technical milestones into impactful narratives, manage project deliverables, track performance metrics, and produce high-quality visual and video content in-house.

• Data & KPI Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report project communication metrics (social media growth, website traffic, stakeholder engagement) for European Commission periodic reviews.
• Audiovisual & Graphic Production: Produce and edit engaging video content (partner interviews, project showcases) and design digital assets (infographics, news covers, newsletters) using Adobe Suite / Canva.
• Content & Social Media Strategy: Draft news articles, press releases, and social media campaigns tailored to international scientific and industrial audiences.
• Stakeholder & Event Engagement: Support the organization of project workshops, consortium meetings, and clustering activities across Europe.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Experience: Knowledge in corporate communication, content marketing, social media management, ideally within technology, scientific, or R&D environments.
• Professional proficiency in English is essential, as you will be responsible for drafting technical deliverables and engaging in high-level discussions within international consortiums.
• Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Affinity, Adobe Suite Pack, or similar).
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to simplify technical/scientific content for non-specialist audiences.
