Indexed description

At iToGroup, we are looking for an experienced EU Funding Manager to take ownership of EU-funded projects and funding opportunities across our group companies – iToDEV, Sign on Tab and TeamBit.

This is not just a project administration role. We are looking for someone who can ensure our existing funded projects run smoothly while proactively identifying new funding opportunities for our technology businesses.

You will work closely with management, finance and technology teams and have a direct impact on how we fund innovation and new initiatives across the group.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage existing EU-funded projects end-to-end, including reporting, payment and advance payment requests, project documentation, budgets, deadlines and compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact with funding authorities and coordinate project-related matters internally.
  • Proactively monitor Lithuanian and EU funding programmes, identify relevant calls and bring suitable opportunities to our teams.
  • Evaluate funding opportunities and prepare or coordinate new applications.
  • Support international EU-funded projects and collaboration with international partners.
  • Identify opportunities to apply available tax incentives (MTEP) to eligible technology and innovation activities, working closely with finance and external experts.
  • Build a systematic approach to funding opportunities across iToGroup rather than reacting to individual calls.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with EU-funded projects.
  • Strong practical experience in project administration, reporting, payment requests and other funding-related documentation.
  • Experience preparing or coordinating EU funding applications.
  • Ability to independently assess funding calls and translate them into relevant opportunities for the business.
  • Strong Lithuanian and English communication skills.
  • A structured, detail-oriented and highly proactive mindset.

A strong advantage:

  • Experience with IT, software, SaaS or other technology projects.
  • Experience with international EU programmes or projects, such as Horizon Europe or Digital Europe.
  • Experience working with international project partners or consortia.
  • A track record of successful funding applications.
  • Experience with or understanding of tax incentives related to technology and innovation activities.

What we offer:

  • A high-ownership role with a direct impact on the growth and innovation of several technology businesses.
  • The opportunity to shape how iToGroup approaches EU funding and related financial incentives.
  • Close collaboration with company leaders, finance and technology teams.
  • A hybrid and flexible working environment.
  • €3,000–€4,200 gross/month, depending on experience and expertise.
  • A potential performance-based bonus linked to measurable financial value created through successful funding and applicable tax incentives.

What success looks like:

You don’t wait for someone to bring you a funding opportunity.

You find it, assess it and come to the team with a clear recommendation: “This opportunity fits us. Here’s why, here’s the potential value, and here’s what we need to do next.”
