Middle DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Strong Middle DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining, deploying, and supporting our on-premise enterprise product across customer environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and smooth delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Strong Linux and Windows administration skills;
• Experience configuring and maintaining IIS and Nginx;
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes (on-premise environments);
• Experience building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines;
• PostgreSQL administration and maintenance;
• MongoDB administration and maintenance;
• ELK Stack administration and monitoring;
• Strong Git knowledge and workflow management;
• Advanced understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls);
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and infrastructure automation;
• Experience deploying and supporting enterprise software solutions in customer environments;
• Knowledge of modern scripting languages (at least one).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible);
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana);
• Understanding of security best practices for on-premise infrastructure and deployments;
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery strategies;
• Experience working in highly available and distributed environments.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application issues;
• Automate product lifecycle and operational processes;
• Monitor services, applications, and infrastructure health;
• Collaborate closely with development teams and customer technical stakeholders;
• Deploy releases to testing, staging, and production environments;
• Install, configure, and maintain on-premise product deployments;
• Support product deployments across Linux, Windows, and macOS environments;
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation;
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability;
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures;
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
