Requirements:
- Experience in supporting card processing systems at least 1 year or 2 years of any payment processing systems
- Knowledge of the principles of Card Processing Operations of the authorization and clearing part
- Hands-on experience with any logging system (Splunk, CloudWatch, DataDog, etc.)
- Knowledge of the HTTP protocol of the application layer, experience with the API-browsers (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
- PL/SQL - writing simple CRUD queries
- Experience with Core Banking System, (experience with Temenos would be your benifit)
- Experience with KYC/KYB (like SumSub, etc.)
- Experience with SmartVista
- Any experience with Banking as a Service products
- Hands-on with SalesForce
- Communication with client's support representatives in Slack chats
- Escalation of tickets to Engineers of the Card Processing Team
- Online monitoring of the in-house card-processing system
- Analysis of system events - system logs, etc
- Reception and processing of reverse tasks from internal teams
- Performing and automation of routine procedures (including AI automation tools): file exchange, running of system scheduled tasks
- Setting up emulators of payment systems (setting up test/pre-prod environments)
