Recruitment Associate

Naas, Co. Kildare


DECI Ltd is a growing international engineering and commissioning company delivering mission critical projects across Europe, the Middle East and the USA. We support large scale mission critical and high technology developments and focus on building long term, stable project teams for our clients.


Due to continued growth, we are now recruiting a new Recruitment Associate to join our internal recruitment team based in our Naas office. This role will support hiring across a wide range of technical and professional roles for live projects in Europe, across USA and in the Middle East.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is interested in building a long term career within recruitment and people operations in a fast paced engineering environment.


Please note: our Naas office is expected to relocate in the new year to a new location closer to Monasterevin. This role will continue to be fully office based following the move.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end to end recruitment process across engineering, construction and support functions
  • Screen CVs and assist with shortlisting suitable candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage candidate communication and ongoing follow ups throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with LinkedIn sourcing, talent searches and candidate outreach
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and internal systems
  • Support onboarding and pre start administration for new hires
  • Assist with graduate and early career recruitment activity
  • Support recruitment reporting and pipeline updates
  • Provide general recruitment and hiring support to the wider recruitment and operations teams


Requirements

  • Advantage to have a background in HR, business, psychology, engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in recruitment and people focused roles
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and internal systems
  • A professional and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, project driven environment
  • An interest in engineering, construction or technical environments is an advantage, but not essential
