Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Newbridge, responsible for supporting smooth daily operations in a busy print environment. This position includes managing incoming calls and emails, greeting visitors, and handling customer queries in a professional and courteous manner. The Office Administrator will organize and maintain records, process orders, prepare invoices, and coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of jobs. Day-to-day duties also involve operating and overseeing office equipment, managing supplies, scheduling meetings, and assisting with basic reporting. The role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support both management and colleagues in a customer-focused setting.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable using Office Equipment and basic computer applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, email. Candidates should be open to learning new softaware and possessing a creative eye would be advantageous.
- Ideally the candidate would have a knowledge or understanding of Adobe InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite - this would be considered advantageous when the candidates are being considered.
- Candidates should have excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in an administrative role, familiarity with the printing sector.
- Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing would be advantageous also.
