AI Forward Deployed Engineer with German

Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI Forward Deployed Engineer who works directly with customers to turn business problems into production-ready AI solutions.

The role combines AI engineering, software development, solution architecture, and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with customers to identify high-value AI use cases.

- Translate business needs into technical AI solutions.

- Build rapid prototypes using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and automation.

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and workflows.

- Move successful prototypes into secure, scalable production environments.

- Evaluate and optimize AI solutions for quality, reliability, latency, and cost.

- Conduct technical workshops and support customer teams during implementation.

Required Skills

- Strong software engineering background, especially Python.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.

- Experience with RAG, vector databases, AI agents, tool calling, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills.

- Ability to move quickly from an ambiguous problem to a working solution.
