Technical Services Specialist

Location: Riviera Beach, FL 33407

Position Type: 12-Month Contract (Possible Contract Ext/FTE Conversion)

We are seeking a Technical Services Specialist – Level 1 to support the Quality Control team by assisting with testing materials used in nuclear power plant operations. This role is ideal for candidates with an Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent technical experience who are eager to build a career in the power generation industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Control Inspectors with material testing.
• Operate electrical and electronic test equipment.
• Perform testing following established procedures.
• Support inspection and quality assurance activities.
• Document testing results and maintain records.
• Follow all safety and quality requirements.
• Work closely with experienced inspectors and technical personnel.

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent work experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic test equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Quality Control or material testing experience.
• Nuclear or power generation industry experience.
• Calibration or inspection support experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial testing background.
