Mission
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and digital solutions across Schneider Electric Ukraine. In this role, you will support Front Office and Distribution Center operations, act as a trusted partner for business stakeholders, coordinate with European Solution Teams and Global Technical Teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across applications, infrastructure, workplace, and digital services. Knowledge of SAP business processes, particularly within Sales, Logistics, and Distribution operations, is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Schneider Digital contact for Kyiv Front Office and Distribution Center stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for regional and global IT teams.
- Coordinate incident resolution and collaborate with Application, Infrastructure, Workplace, Network, and Cybersecurity teams.
- Support business applications and business-critical processes, including SAP-enabled processes.
- Participate in projects, enhancements, deployments, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives.
- Maintain business process documentation and operating procedures.
- Support change management, user training, and solution adoption activities.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and ensure effective communication between business and IT teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Partner, Functional Consultant, Business Process Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, end users, and IT teams.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience supporting business applications and operational processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC SD, MM, WM, or SAP S/4HANA business processes.
- Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C), Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Distribution Center operations.
- Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or JIRA.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- ITIL Foundation.
- Experience with process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
