Job Summary

We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our team. In this role, your main responsibility will be to support and maintain financial models and ensuring reporting is accurate and timely.

Working hours: Overlap with the UK and US Eastern (ET)

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Analysis: Compile monthly and quarterly financial reports, emphasizing key variances and emerging trends
  • Opex Monitoring: Assist in evaluating operating expenses by comparing actual spending to budget and supporting departmental cost reviews.
  • Data Management: Manage and update financial databases and models to maintain a consistent, reliable source of SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, churn).
  • Forecasting Support: Support the Senior Manager during data collection for annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Contribute analytical support to special initiatives, such as pricing evaluations and competitive benchmarking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
  • Experience or a strong desire to learn Dynamics 365 and Power BI is highly valued.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Excellent command of English.
