1 - Job Description:
Work closely with the onsite team and Japanese customer stakeholders.
Ensure the quality and on-time delivery of work products across the software development lifecycle.
Perform requirement analysis and model-based development of software components and/or subsystems in accordance with the defined SW development process.
2 - Qualifications:
Must Have
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline—preferably with specialization or experience in embedded systems.
2+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems.
2+ years of experience in Model-Based Design using MATLAB/Simulink toolboxes.
Advanced programming skills in Embedded C.
Experience in unit testing, integration testing, MIL/SIL (HIL is a plus) within model verification and validation.
Solid understanding of real-time system architecture/design.
Hands-on experience with debugging tools (e.g., Vector CANoe, CAPL).
Customer-oriented mindset; able to work systematically under tight schedules.
Nice to Have
Proficiency in English
Experience with Automotive SPICE and Functional Safety (ISO 26262).
Familiarity with automotive communication protocols: CAN/LIN/Ethernet/Some/IP.
Experience developing embedded systems such as BCM (Body Control Module), PWM control, and I/O hardware interfaces.

Embedded C++
Qualifications:
- Experience with C++, experience in Automotive or relevant domains (Embedded, etc.)
- Object-Oriented Design experience.
- Experience in Telematics systems hardware and software architectures, experience in Telematics applications development such as Emergency Call, Remote Services, New Energy Vehicle, Battery Electric Vehicles, etc.
- Experience with Vector products (e.g. CANoe, CANalyzer, Davinci, etc.)
- Good understanding of the embedded software build process (compiling, linking, programming, etc.).
- Ideally knowledge of different communication technologies and protocols/standards (TCP/IP, Ethernet, WiFi)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues to resolution. Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with configuration management software (SVN, GIT)
- Analysis and Design experience for Embedded SW
- Ability to work independently, as well as a team setting, good English communication is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience in Telematics know how and development
- Linux Yocto Embedded Experience
- Experience with CAN/CAN-FD and CANTP/CANTP-FD communication is a strong plus
- Overall understanding of automotive system
- Having Korean/Japanese skills is a strong plus
