Deployment Engineer

Paragon is a fastest-growing Cyber intelligence company that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a Deployment engineer to join us. As part of the role, you will be a member of the R&D group, Working closely with both DevOps, SRE, Solution and customer success teams.

It is a customer-facing position with a high level of technical knowledge and expertise. You will take part in the technical discussion and the deployment process, implementing a cutting-edge product that is built using various HW, tools and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Deployment & Operations

• Install, configure, and maintain physical infrastructure including servers, switches, firewalls, and related datacenter equipment.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting, replacement, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Support datacenter deployments and infrastructure expansion projects.
  

Networking

• Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud environments.
• Analyze network traffic and perform root-cause analysis for connectivity and performance issues.
  

Linux Administration

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and operational maintenance.
  

Kubernetes Operations

• Deploy and support Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
• Troubleshoot containerized applications and platform-related issues.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure stable production environments.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, DevOps, Support, Security, and Project Management teams.
• Communicate technical findings and deployment status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Travel

• Participate in customer-facing and infrastructure deployment activities worldwide.
• Travel internationally approximately 20% of the time.
  

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in IT, Deployment, System Administration, or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Linux administration.
• Experience working with Kubernetes environments.
• Experience working with physical infrastructure including servers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
