Business Analyst

Job Description: We are looking for a Fintech Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will gather requirements, define user stories, and work closely with development teams to build innovative financial products. Strong analytical skills and experience in payments, lending, or digital banking are essential.

Infrastructure Management: A significant portion of work involves infrastructure-related tasks such as server setup and maintenance (RHEL, JBOSS, MQ servers, databases, etc.), network configurations (firewalls, SSH, etc.), security hardening (ISCD, SSL), and vulnerability remediation. He also handles tasks related to database setup (including OPC DB setup), migration, and DR flips. involved in decommissioning old servers and components

Application Support and Deployment: supports various applications (ZIXA, IMEX, STCM, RTFX, etc.), including their deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting. This involves working on CR implementation plans, packaging changes for releases, and handling BAU fixes

Automation and Scripting: work on automating tasks, likely using scripting languages to streamline deployments, maintenance, and other operational processes. His involvement with Jenkins pipelines suggests expertise in CI/CD

Monitoring and Troubleshooting: performs health checks, monitors system performance, and resolves various system issues across different applications and environments. He is actively involved in resolving incidents and issues in production and UAT environments

.Project Support: contributes to various projects, including those involving application onboarding (e.g., MAGIC), OS upgrades, and data migrations
