What You'll Be Doing:

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve credential issues across network devices and server infrastructure, including SNMP, SSH, WMI, and WinRM
• Manage and validate access to network and hosting environments to ensure complete infrastructure scanning coverage
• Diagnose connectivity and authentication issues across routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and server platforms
• Collaborate with network and hosting teams to maintain accurate credential stores and access policies
• Support Service Graph Connector configurations to ensure accurate data flow from infrastructure sources
• Manage and optimize discovery schedules around infrastructure maintenance windows and scanning requirements
• Document credential management processes, known infrastructure issues, and resolution procedures
• Provide subject matter expertise on network topology, device configurations, and server environments
• Support broader ServiceNow modernization initiatives as needed

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong network infrastructure expertise – routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and enterprise device management
• Strong server and hosting environment experience – Windows Server, Linux/Unix, VMware, and Hyper-V
• Deep understanding of network protocols including SNMP v1/v2c/v3, SSH, Telnet, WMI, WinRM, and NetBIOS
• Hands-on experience with credential management across diverse network and server device types
• Experience troubleshooting connectivity and authentication issues in enterprise-scale, heterogeneous environments
• Familiarity with IP address management, network segmentation, and firewall rules that impact device accessibility
• Experience with infrastructure discovery or asset scanning tools; CMDB concepts and CI classification a plus
• Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python
• Background in ITIL-aligned processes; ServiceNow ITOM Visibility (Discovery) experience is a bonus but not required
• CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification
• Able to work independently, triage issues, and escalate appropriately
