- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Public Sector, Education, and Non-Profit industries.
- Collaborate with Senior Managers and Managers within the Business Unit to achieve sales targets.
- Track and follow up on business opportunities reported in the Partner Portal.
- Ensure compliance with agreed objectives and the Omega-client promise.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives across assigned accounts.
- Participate in Steering Committees for enterprise and key accounts.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned client accounts.
- Negotiate and close complex agreements with enterprise accounts and public institutions.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, proactively proposing strategic improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and business opportunities within the assigned verticals.
- Manage relationships with software vendors (manufacturers) and represent Omega CRM in relevant industry events and forums.
- Provide timely, viable, and effective solutions aligned with client needs.
- Partner with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure Omega brand consistency.
- Stay up to date with new product and service launches, ensuring the sales team remains informed.
- Lead full P&L management for the Business Unit, ensuring business profitability, financial control, operational efficiency, and margin targets.
- Direct and manage the complete customer lifecycle (Customer Journey Map), from commercial capture and technical presales (public tenders/RFPs, solution design, estimation, and C-Level presentations) to operational delivery and client success.
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams within the Business Unit, overseeing career paths, resource allocation, and team utilization levels.
- Proven Experience: +5 years of proven experience in executive leadership, sales management, or business unit management roles, with +10 years of overall experience within consulting or technology sectors related to the Business Unit.
- Sector Expertise: Deep domain knowledge and a proven track record managing business strategy, public procurement processes, RFPs/tenders, and digital transformation initiatives across Public Sector, Education, and Non-Profit organizations.
- P&L & Financial Management: Proven track record in full P&L ownership, budget control, margin optimization, and managing business performance metrics.
- Client-Facing & Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in client-facing roles, acting as a key point of contact to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions, empathetic to client needs, and ensuring an optimal commercial value proposition.
- Consulting & Enterprise Accounts Background: Solid background in Business and/or Information Systems Consulting, managing and growing key enterprise accounts.
- Ecosystem Expertise: Strong technical background in digital transformation ecosystems, Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, etc.), and AI integration strategies.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical/business field.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level minimum).
- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds or complementary digital ecosystem platforms is highly welcome.
- Proven track record leading and driving complex digital transformation projects in international environments.
- Direct experience managing strategic vendor alliances, partner portals, and building strong relationships with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs).
