We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, curious and eager to learn, with strong Salesforce and Excel skills. Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable. You’ll also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes and deal complexities clearly, alongside a creative mindset and a genuine interest in improving efficiencies. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Commercial Operations Analyst within the Sales Operations function, responsible for supporting the Commercial Team. Main responsibilities include:
- Commercial Reporting
- Deal desk support
- Contract processing
- DocuSign Administration
- Salesforce Administration
- Sales Enablement
- Sales Process Improvements
- Sales Territory Allocations
The Commercial Operations Analyst sits within the wider Sales Ops and Customer Success team, who have a great working culture. The role works closely with the entire Commercial Team, with great exposure to different aspects of the business, including sales, marketing & customer success. You will sit within the Sales Operations function which is a busy and ever-adapting team, which applauds innovation and efficiencies.
- The candidate should have Salesforce experience (Salesforce ADM certification very desirable)
- Excel proficient
- Considerable attention to detail is a must
- They should be curious and ready to learn
- A spark of creativity to improve existing processes and improve efficiencies across the commercial team processes
- Great verbal and written communication with the ability to explain processes/deal intricacies
