ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Associate Transformation Manager will support and lead defined workstreams within cross-functional initiatives that are critical to achieving the organization's growth objectives. This role combines structured problem-solving, project management, and hands-on execution, offering an opportunity to build experience delivering strategic and operational change across the business.The Associate Transformation Manager will work closely with team members and stakeholders to develop project plans, coordinate execution, analyze business needs, and drive deliverables to completion. Given the project-based and cross-functional nature of this role, this individual will gain broad exposure to multiple areas of the business while taking ownership of increasingly complex initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Leading defined workstreams within operational and strategic projects aligned to business goals
Developing and maintaining project plans, status reporting, risks, issues, decisions, and action items
Analyzing business needs and preparing materials for stakeholder meetings and leadership updates
Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, accountability, and project outcomes.
Project Management & Execution - Develop and manage project plans for assigned initiatives or workstreams, track milestones and dependencies, and drive tasks through completion.
AI & Process Innovation - Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve workflows, strengthen analysis, and increase team efficiency; help develop and promote internal solutions that support transformation and launch execution.
Problem Solving - Apply structured thinking and analysis to identify root causes, evaluate options, and recommend practical solutions.
Data & Reporting - Gather, organize, and analyze data to inform decisions, measure progress, and communicate project performance.
Risk & Issue Management - Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and barriers; coordinate resolution and escalate when appropriate.
Communication - Create clear, concise presentations, status updates, meeting materials, and executive-ready communications.
Stakeholder Management - Build productive relationships across functions, facilitate working sessions, and drive clarity on ownership, decisions, and next steps.
Adaptability & Ownership - Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and accountability for results.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, operations, business transformation, analytics, launch management, or a similar field.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or owning defined project workstreams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for working teams and leadership audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot (AI Agent Building tools) and project or work management tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and data-driven solutions, including generative AI, workflow automation, or analytics platforms.
- Comfort experimenting with new technologies and identifying opportunities to improve business processes through AI-enabled solutions.
- Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and proactively drive assigned work forward.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare technology, revenue cycle, product launch, or change management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, healthcare administration, project management, or a related field.
