Job Description
The IT Support Coordinator will be the third level of desktop support for all WeDriveU users, with help from the greater IT team, this person will be the point of contact between multiple vendors that support technological tools used by WeDriveU employees. They will also oversee the BI infrastructure for client facing reporting and assist the customer success team with reports for our clients.
We are looking for critical thinkers and problem-solvers with great attention to detail. Since end user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist all users with any IT-related issues utilizing the company’s ticketing system.
- Level 3 support for users, assisting on software installation and troubleshoot hardware specific to WeDriveU
- Configure all new equipment including installation and updating of software, as well as troubleshooting network connections
- Manage AWS environment and work with Finance and Customer Success departments
- Resolve incidents with all printers, copiers, and scanners for each location, nationwide
- Maintain Telecom infrastructure for each location, nationwide (internet service providers, comcast, Verizon, radio networks, locally)
- Foster excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization.
- 3-5 years of desktop support experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Vendor Management for all IT cloud based platforms (Zoom, Docusign, Trillo, etc)
- Experience with Lenovo and Dell hardware.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in Windows Desktop OS and Windows Server is required.
- Experience with AWS, Tableau, and Snowflake is preferred
- Clear understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP and SQL is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Net+, Windows+ and _____ (or higher) Certification highly preferred.
- A+ Certification is required.
