Senior DevSecOps Engineer

The Sr. DevSecOps Engineer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- GitLab administration and configuration experience
- Code and Container Signing
- Develops, analyzes, and maintains tools that support and automate processes for hardware or software product release.
- Writes installation scripts and programs for installation of products.
- Works with project teams to determine an appropriate build schedule and then initiate the build and packaging process.
- Compiles and assembles software from source code.
- Ensures tools are stored in source control.
- Supports developers for software package registry and delivery.
- Works with others to complete analysis, evaluations, and design alternatives and to implement process improvements.
- Works with development engineers to correct build errors.
- Experience with build pipeline automation and package tools such as GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube, etc
- Knowledge of and experience with security tools in automated pipelines such as Hashicorp Vault, code/container signing, CVE scanning, SBOM generation, JFrog XRay, Syft/Grype, etc
- Scripting/Coding using Bash, Python, etc.
- Familiarity with package managers such as npm, Conan, NuGet, Maven and Gradle
- General knowledge with Docker, Kubernetes, and Rancher
- General cloud knowledge in AWS, Azure, and OpenStack
- Familiarity with working in an Agile environment using Atlassian suite of tools such as JIRA and Confluence or some other similar collaboration tools
- Build pipeline automation using tools such as Atlassian Bamboo, Atlassian Bitbucket and Sonatype Nexus
- Expert knowledge with Docker, Kubernetes, and Rancher
- Monitor/Dashboarding experience using tools such as Grafana and Graphite
- Expert cloud knowledge in AWS, Azure, and OpenStack
- Knowledge of AWS CloudHSM
- Expert knowledge of security concepts including code and container signing
- Security clearance
Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $120,000-$180,000
