Our Singapore center is the 2nd largest IT setup (after Paris Head Office) for Crédit Agricole CIB's worldwide business. We work daily with international branches located in 30 markets by:

Department


The position is within the Capital Markets IT (CMI) department which manages information systems for capital markets activities which includes Front Office (FO) booking platforms, Risk Management (RM) control and regulatory reporting systems, financial product and contract valuation systems, and much more. “Run the bank” is the first mission of IT department. It involves many front-line IT professionals who understand the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. They are continuously working with business users, infrastructure engineer and system managers.


CMI teams are mainly located in Paris, London, New-York, Hong-Kong, India, Singapore and Montreal. The position is based out of Singapore, and the successful candidate will be able to work in an international context with distributed engineering teams and directly with business stakeholders. Position


In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek for a Support Analyst to join our ISAP/CMI/DRR – Data and Regulatory Reporting.


The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in IT support L1/L2, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. The candidate should exhibit good verbal and written communication skills for efficient and smooth interaction with internal clients and other team members in both Singapore and Paris hubs. In addition, the candidate should also be willing to learn the tools and technologies used within the company.


The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining good communication and relationship with the rest of the Global IT ecosystem as well as the ability to work on multiple topics concurrently.


Main Responsibilities


  • Provide L1 and L2 application support to business users, including Capital Market Regulatory operation, Risk Managers, Back Office, Middle Office, and Compliance teams.
  • Communication with end-users via phone, chat, email, and/or a support ticketing.
  • Analyze and manage incidents/problems/requests coming from users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Readdressing the issue towards L3 application or infrastructure teams.
  • Supervise and monitor daily, weekly and monthly processing chainst / jobs.
  • Handle user request by working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams
  • Process and issue daily, weekly and monthly reporting on data and tickets.
  • Able to work in shifting schedules (ASIA and EMEA), weekend and oncall


Qualification and Profile


Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, coupled with relevant industry certification, will be advantageous. This position requires a minimum of 4+ years of experience in supporting or developing application.


Technical


  • Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and Shell scripting (PowerShell is a plus).

  • Working knowledge of Java Based applications across Kubernetes, Docker, and Wildly platforms, with basic code-level troubleshooting capability for support investigations.
  • Working knowledge of observability/monitoring stacks such as ITRS Geneos, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.
  • Working knowledge of AWS services.
  • Working Knowledge of messaging and scheduling technologies such as Kafka, MQ, CFT, and Control-M.
  • Understand concepts of IT Production environment and deployment process/pipelines.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the financial industry or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Understanding of Capital Markets products (for example, bonds, rates, equities) and the full trade lifecycle.
  • Basic working knowledge of at least one Capital Markets regulatory reporting framework, such as MiFID, SFTR, MAS, FINRA, HKTR, EMIR, DFA, or ASIC.
  • Programming or scripting skills for automation purpose is a plus.

NOTE:


Working Hours:

Regular hours: 8.45am - 6.30pm

Paris shift timing: 3.30pm - 1am


This is a contract- 12 months with bank. Renewable subject to performance.
