ABOUT THE ROLE

To support our growth and ensure our daily operations run flawlessly, we are looking for a polyvalent ICT & Odoo Coordinator. Your purpose is to be the backbone of our digital infrastructure, ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and perfectly tailored to our needs. You will take end-to-end ownership in a highly dynamic, dual-focus role that is perfectly split between hands-on IT/Network Management and deep Odoo ERP customization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

ICT & Networking (~50%)

• Hardware Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of laptops, desktops, and screens - from procurement and provisioning to updates and day-to-day issue resolution.

• Cybersecurity & Systems Administration: Maintain a secure IT environment and administer a multi-OS landscape dominated by Linux, with supporting Windows and Mac endpoints.

• Network Infrastructure & Security: Secure and manage network hardware and software, ensuring optimal network topology, low client-to-server latency, and proper segment access

controls.

• Efficiency Improvements: Continuously identify and implement hardware and infrastructure upgrades to improve overall company productivity.

Odoo ERP Systems (~50%)

• Requirement Mode Implementation: Cleanly implement precise custom specifications, including custom field additions, workflow adjustments, and automated actions.

• Project Mode Ownership: Translate high-level business ideas into complete solution architectures, present proposal options to management, and lead end-to-end execution upon approval.

• ERP Customization & Development: Design, test, and deploy Odoo customizations and modules tailored directly to our operational needs.

• Requirement Mode Implementation: Cleanly implement precise custom specifications, including custom field additions, workflow adjustments, and automated actions.

• User Support & Training: Act as the technical anchor by providing second-tier support and guidance to Odoo users across all departments.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, OR equivalent practical experience.

• You have strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript, along with basic Linux shell scripting (e.g. Bash).

• You have a solid foundation in Linux System Administration (Ubuntu/Debian focus), Network Topology Design, Firewall/VLAN configuration, Git/Version Control, and Docker.

• You showcase Odoo expertise, with Odoo Framework knowledge (ORM, QWeb, OWL), Module Development, and REST/XML-RPC APIs.

• You are a problem-solver and you take full accountability for issues, taking them from initial discovery to complete resolution without needing step-by-step guidance.

• You are a complex problem solver who thrives when working autonomously and tackling complex challenges.

• You are a good communicator and have the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly to non-technical colleagues.
