Role Context
The Fixed Income product offers customers live data on Corporate and Sovereign Bonds, key analytical, industry-specific data points, in accordance with official documentation.
This position is an excellent steppingstone to understand Fixed Income dynamics, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the market through official documentation and apply this knowledge to your daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Review and update corporate bond data based on official documentation in internal systems and proprietary software
- Respond to and resolve client queries
- Ensure quality control of securities entered into proprietary software
- Identify discrepancies and reconcile data
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and contributors
- Participate in time-sensitive projects and collaborate with global colleagues on new initiatives
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrable interest in financial markets and sound knowledge of fixed income
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or relevant work experience
- Fluent in English and German
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Speed and accuracy in data processing with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- While previous professional experience is not required, all candidates must meet the specified educational criteria and demonstrate the core skills outlined for this role
