Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Project/Product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Apply Agile principles to project execution, fostering iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate working groups, driving collaboration between business, technology, and control functions.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, adapting style and content as required.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to handle contractual obligations, governance, audits, and escalations.
• Proficiency in project Management tools like Jira, MS Project etc.

Qualifications

Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe (preferred).

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
