Mobile Device Repair Technician

Computer Doctor of Maine is looking for a practical, customer-minded Mobile Device Repair Technician to join our Bangor shop. Mobile-device repair is the heart of this role; PC and Mac work is a valuable added strength. We are open to part-time or full-time—and we care most about finding someone who likes solving real problems and takes pride in doing the job right.

What you’ll work on
• Diagnose and repair phones, tablets, and other mobile devices
• Handle common PC and Mac troubleshooting, hardware and software repairs, upgrades, malware cleanup, and data-related work as needed
• Use our repair system to document work and keep customers in the loop
• Explain options clearly, treat people well, and help keep the shop organized
• Work independently when appropriate and alongside a capable local team

Who we’re looking for
Hands-on mobile-device repair experience is a real advantage. Experience with PC/Mac troubleshooting or a repair-shop setting is also welcome. Just as important: good judgment, curiosity, dependable follow-through, and the ability to communicate with customers like a human being. If you have strong repair skills from school, previous work, or your own serious hands-on experience, we’d like to hear from you.
