Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for ERP, Ext. ERP, and other business applications.
• Support day-to-day operations and troubleshooting of ERP and related business systems.
• Coordinate with business users and Corporate IT to resolve system issues and requests.
• Monitor system performance and support stable operation of business applications.
• Plan and implement ERP, Ext. ERP, and business application improvements, upgrades, and new functionality in coordination with Corporate IT.
• Manage IT projects related to business process improvement, system integration, and data interfaces.
• Support testing, implementation, and stabilization of new systems and functionality.
• Document system changes, issues, and solutions for future reference.
• Act as the primary communication point between business departments and Corporate IT.
• Collect and analyze business requirements related to ERP, Ext. ERP, and other business applications and coordinate them with Corporate IT.
• Coordinate system issues, enhancement requests, and project requirements between business departments and Corporate IT.
• Track and communicate the progress of system-related requests and projects.
• Ensure alignment with company-wide IT standards, policies, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Maintain system security and user access management.
• Enforce corporate cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Support ISO 27001 and other cybersecurity-related audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through ERP, Ext. ERP, and other IT systems.
• Support digitalization, automation, data integration, and reporting initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on ERP and other business applications.
• Continuously improve ERP and related business applications based on business requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience, preferably supporting ERP and business applications.
• Experience in a corporate or sales organization is preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP, Ext. ERP, and related business applications.
• Experience with system integration, data interfaces, and application support.
• Knowledge of general IT infrastructure and end-user support.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and IT compliance requirements.
• Ability to serve as the primary IT contact for ERP, Ext. ERP, and business applications.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
