Job Summary:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, etc.) is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, including managerial roles.

• Experience in multi-entity / holding group structure is highly preferred.

IT Strategy & Governance:

• Develop and implement a group-wide IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Establish IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across all entities.

• Standardize systems and processes where applicable across subsidiaries.

• Advise management on IT risks, investments, and opportunities.

1. Infrastructure & Operations Management:
2. • Oversee all IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud systems.
3. • Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability.
4. • Manage IT support services including helpdesk and incident management.
5. • Supervise IT vendors and outsourced services.
6. Systems & Applications Management:
7. • Manage ERP systems and business applications across multiple business lines.
8. • Ensure integration and data consistency across group systems.
9. • Oversee system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
10. • Support business units in selecting appropriate technology solutions.
11. Cybersecurity & Risk Management:
12. • Develop and enforce information security policies and controls.
13. • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response planning.
14. • Ensure protection of company data and digital assets.
15. • Maintain cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
16. Digital Transformation & Innovation:
17. • Lead digital transformation initiatives across the group.
18. • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
19. • Promote data-driven decision-making through analytics tools.
20. • Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
21. Budgeting & Vendor Management:
22. • Prepare and manage the IT budget for the group.
23. • Optimize IT costs while maintaining service quality.
24. • Manage procurement of IT systems, licenses, and services.
25. • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
