Software Engineer (MongoDB) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer (MongoDB), you will build applications on MongoDB with expertise in schema design, aggregation pipelines, and sharding strategies. You will play a key role in optimizing database performance and managing Atlas cloud environments to support scalable, data-driven applications.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement efficient MongoDB schema models tailored for high-performance application requirements.
• Develop and optimize complex aggregation pipelines to perform advanced data analysis and transformation.
• Manage and scale MongoDB clusters using sharding strategies to ensure high availability and distributed data handling.
• Administer and optimize MongoDB Atlas cloud environments, ensuring secure and efficient database operations.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate MongoDB best practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor database performance and implement tuning measures to maintain optimal throughput and low latency.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Database Administration, or Data Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building applications on MongoDB and designing complex schemas.
• Proficiency in developing and optimizing MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB sharding strategies and cluster scaling.
• Deep understanding of MongoDB Atlas for cloud database management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
