Backend Engineer (Java & Python) at BairesDev

As a Backend Engineer, you will design and develop scalable server-side systems using a mix of modern programming languages. You will focus on constructing high-performance architectures that handle data processing efficiently while supporting evolving application requirements.

What You'll Do

• Architect, build, and maintain robust backend systems and services.
• Design clean, efficient API structures to support seamless integration across applications.
• Optimize database performance and query execution to ensure high system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business logic into scalable code.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices are followed across the lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on backend development.
• Proven expertise in building and scaling applications using Java and Python.
• Strong understanding of API architecture and backend design principles.
• Experience with database systems and performance optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
