Jr Agile Projects Operation Manager Responsibilities
- Support Agile delivery across multiple technical workstreams (.NET, Java, Oracle EBS) using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.).
- Provide direct operational support and coordination for the contract's Agile Capability Development Teams.
- Serve as a backup Scrum Master or Agile Lead, stepping in to lead ceremonies, manage blockers, and maintain team momentum when needed.
- Independently craft and deliver clear, concise team communications, documentation, and briefings with minimal oversight.
- Interpret leadership priorities and stakeholder input into actionable direction for distributed delivery teams.
- Supervise and coordinate tasking for 25+ developers, analysts, testers, system administrators, database administrators, and configuration managers.
- Mentor team members in Agile practices and promote adoption of AI tools and automation to improve quality and efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate delivery processes and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in program operations, project coordination, or Agile delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
- Ability to independently process technical and operational input, formulate understanding, and communicate clear next steps to teams.
- Demonstrated success creating polished documentation, team briefings, and planning artifacts.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with metrics tracking, issue triage, and structured team reporting (e.g., retrospectives, after-action reports).
- 3+ years of Microsoft Office productivity suite experience (O365, Teams, SharePoint).
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
- CAPM or PMP certification.
- Familiarity with DoD and industry software development life cycles, especially in Oracle EBS, .NET, and Java.
- Familiarity with ALM Octane and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with DoD programs (direct USAF experience preferred).
- Exposure to or interest in applying responsible AI solutions to delivery, testing, or knowledge management.
- MUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance
