Role: Senior Project Engineering

Location: Lafayette, Colorado, USA — On-site

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong organizational skills and experience with Jira or comparable Agile tools
• Scrum Master experience and familiarity with SAFe / Release Train activities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within SOPs and established development processes
• Experience working in engineering / R&D environments
• Strong team leadership, facilitation, mentoring, and Agile coaching capabilities
• Ability to identify and resolve risks, impediments, dependencies, and complex issues
• Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably Software Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

The Project Engineer will play a critical role in coaching and enabling engineering teams while driving continuous improvement across product development.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as Agile Scrum Master and support SAFe Release Train activities
• Facilitate Agile/SAFe ceremonies and processes
• Coach teams toward high performance and continuous improvement
• Coordinate Design History File (DHF) documentation
• Partner with hardware, test, program management, product owners, and engineering teams
• Coordinate across global teams, including US and Israel
• Develop and maintain timelines, milestones, and release plans
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and impediments
• Support backlog quality and feature delivery
• Use metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Drive adoption of improved processes and ways of working

Nice to Have

• Medical device or other regulated-industry experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
• SAFe certification or equivalent experience
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile lifecycle management tools
